We were having issues with off gassing of a chemical product used during extensive renovations on our 1972 property. We had tried various other remedies with experts in getting rid of NOC’s with little results. We also have a large Dyson on each of the two floors and yet were still not happy with our air quality. We installed a UV filtration system in our furnace ductwork as well as activated carbon filters. I stumbled onto the Jaspr product while searching online and got in touch with Mike Feldstein. I went and picked one up and after a short time, purchased a second for our upstairs. As an independent contractor in residential plumbing service and repairs, I enter many peoples homes every day. It wasn’t until several months after purchasing our Jaspr’s that I began to notice the air quality in several of my customers homes were causing me to experience dry throat and sinus symptoms, as well as, dryness of my eyes. After getting home from work for a few weeks, I connected the dots and realized that it had to be our Jaspr’s that made our indoor air quality so much more superior than my customers homes. I’m very pleased with the results since we started using our Jaspr’s and highly recommended them to anyone looking to improve their indoor air quality.
On another note, one of our units has developed a bit of a whistling noise. I emailed Mike on this a while back and he was very receptive to the feedback and indicated that they would be sure to look after our concerns. I’ve had several communications with Mike since our purchases and feel totally confident that Jaspr is here for the long term and is fully committed to customer satisfaction.
I ordered a Jaspr for my home. I have a dog, and even before than, often times while vacuuming / cleaning, I would see so many suspended particles and contaminants in the air. On a friends recommendation, I started doing research on air purifiers and finally settled on Jaspr.
The product arrived beautifully packaged and was very light and easy to move around notwithstanding the large volume. All the details that went into the packaging, including the air bubble protective ring are really well thought out and it is a fun experience to unbox it. The product itself is beautiful and premium with an easy filter mechanism - the giant size of the filter signals the ability of the machine (vs. most home filters that use a flat filter that can be bought at Canadian Tire, etc.)
It is super easy to use and I love seeing the green ring with a low number, as it allows me to know that I am breathing clean air. And it is so quiet, I forget that it is even plugged in. Now I need to order one for my office.
The unit has a pleasant modern design. The filters are super easy to operate. The sleek cylinder shape fits well in the small office space. It's low humming sound is actually comforting to both patients and staff. Most importantly, patients and staff feel safe and at ease with jasper in the operatory. Highly recommended!
We love our Jaspr units! We bought two to cover all three levels of our home and we noticed a HUGE difference within a day! My husband has always suffered from seasonal allergies, and we noticed a reduction in his symptoms within 24 hours! Having these units in our home also keeps the importance of clean air and what it means for our health, top of mind - especially with my young daughters...they love 'checking the Jaspr' to ensure we are always in the green, and will alert us if they notice it creeping into the orange (due to cooking, outdoor environmental factors, etc.) LOL! I also love how intuitive and easy it is to use - even my 5 year knows when and how to turn on or off the 'Smart Mode', for reduced energy consumption. On a side note, it looks beautiful too and fits in well with the decor of our home :)

We love our Jaspr Pro. It’s super smart, very quiet and looks good too. It cleans the air very fast so the house is fresh and I feel at ease with our air quality (Especially with a three year old.) The support team goes above and beyond to answer any questions. I highly recommend.
Patients appreciate knowing we’ve taken extra steps to help ensure the air quality in our office is as good as possible. It’s generally very quiet although we discovered having a humidifier anywhere nearby it creates an issue with the sensor. Using sterile water in the humidifier has helped with the issue. The company has been extremely responsive to any inquiries we’ve had.
I have had my Jaspr in my home for a few weeks now and I love it!! It is so quiet, I hardly know it's there. It will run a little louder for a short time if a strong odour is detected (if I'm burning incense or a scented candle for example). I have peace of mind knowing my air is very clean in my home given all that is in the air here in my city. An added benefit is that my home smells very neutral and pleasant. It used to be that when I would leave my home for awhile and come back the minute I walked in the door there would always be a bit of a smell in my home. It wasn't terrible really, just very noticeable, but not anymore now that I have the Jaspr. Courtney with customer service was fantastic to correspond with and I received my unit within 2 days of ordering! Would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing for their home.

I just leave them on with Smart Mode enabled, so I don't ever worry - whenever I'm cooking something that's smokey, bam, I can hear the Jaspr turning up and cleaning up the air.
An absolute no-brainer to have.
My small family lives in a one bedroom apartment just outside of Toronto. What once was a quiet, relatively clean neighborhood has become a construction nightmare. To add to the contamination, repairs are being done to our building. The Jaspr has allowed me and my family to feel comfortable in our own home. I never realized how bad our air quality was until I started using the Jaspr. Even when I'm cooking, it ramps up to get rid of all the nasty air airborne pollution. I love when I hear that sound because I know in a matter of minutes our air will be clean. And when I hear nothing, I know it's quietly working it's magic. We are loving our new air purifier in our home. We live in a big city and have now peace of mind that we are doing our best to keep our air inside as clean as possible. There is a recognizable difference in the air quality in my house. There's no smell - just air.
At first I was sceptical, but within a few hours of having the unit in my residence, the air felt crisper and cleaner. It was apparent with the Forrest fires here this year in the Okanagan. It also filters cooking smells very quickly from the house. I am very pleased and would recommend this product to anyone .
I love the Jaspr. You can actually feel the difference in the air quality when you walk in the house. It takes the smoke from the forest fires out of the air as well as inside odours (eg cooking etc). I would recommend this product to anyone and it is in no way a small endorsement.
I am an osteopath with a home based clinic. Because this is my personal and professional environment, and because I have immune compromising health conditions myself, I know all too well how significant the impact both physically and mentally a powerful air purifier can make. My patients understand that the green light ensures that the air quality is high and risk leve is low. The appealing look and quiet motor make all the difference in terms of how this device fits into my space. I run it 24/7 and feel more comfortable in my clinic, particularly now that we have more infectious Covid variants at play. The ease of assembly is also great and the lightweight body and wheels allow for easy transport into my clinical room and yoga space.
The main reason I chose Jaspr over other competitors was the high turnover rate for a large footage of space. Without this, I don’t think air purifiers can make much difference in protecting both practitioners and patients.
Jaspr keeps my office fresh and comfortable. My indoor air quality is usually pretty good, but when forest fire smoke travels across the continent, Jaspr clears the air quickly! Today, I went from the reading of 13 in the picture down to 7 in the time it took to write this up.
Even before using it, I had a great experience. Online ordering, shipping, and tracking was very easy. The outer box has only flaps to open -- no staples or tape to deal with. Each item inside is in a convenient ziplock bag. And if you get the base with casters, the screw-in casters are far superior to the snap in style.
When Toronto was hit by the Covid 19 pandemic and all the dental offices were shut down for 3 months for routine dental treatment, I searched for a system that would allow our operatories to be safe for both the dentist staff and the patients. I was so impressed that I purchased 5 Jaspr Air Purifiers for my offices and recently purchased a 6th unit. I receive replacement filters every 3 months and in our offices the fallow time is 8 minutes which is pretty impressive. So far, we have had NO issues with covid transmission in our offices.
